Shipping Policies

Lower 48 States - Our standard shipping is through UPS ground. The rates are as follows:

$150.01-$300	$12.95
$300.01 or over	$14.95

If you wish to have your order expedited:
Next Day Air (meaning next business day) or
Next Day Air Saturday delivery (an additional $20.00 - not available in all areas) Saturday deliveries apply to only Next Day Air, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Air we will charge you the actual cost for shipping. We greatly appreciate your business and do not charge for handling.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal system and charge the actual cost.

Canada

We ship using the U.S. Postal system sending them Global Express it will run from $15 and up depending upon the weight.

Foreign orders

We use the U.S. Postal system sending them Global Express. This usually takes between three to ten working days. A typical order of several shirts or slacks averages about $35-$65 depending upon the actual weight. We will charge your account for the actual shipping charges. If you request we will quote you the actual shipping charge before we send out your order. Note: For smoothest transactions for overseas orders please use American Express credit card. If you are charging on MasterCard or Visa, allow an additional 4 days for authorization.

Alternate Address

If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address than where your credit card is billed, please fill in the ship to address and call your credit card company to authorize the "ship to" address. There should be an "800" number on the back of your card.

Special Handling

If you require special handling or want your order sent in a manner other than the above (FedEx, DHL, etc.) we are happy to accommodate you. Just e-mail us with your special needs (click on the contact us link at the top of this page). We appreciate your business and never have an extra charge for reasonable special handling.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee complete satisfaction on all of your orders. If you are not happy with your purchase and want to exchange or return a product, please call us TOLL FREE at 1-800-598-4024. Please send all product(s) back to us via USPS (United States Postal Service) and we will credit your account for the value of the merchandise that is returned. Returns and exchanges must be sent within 30 Days of purchase.

 

Shipping on return items will be at your expense unless we shipped the wrong item or size.

Hemming and Alterations

We will be happy to hem any regular priced pant that you select. Please be aware that once we hem the slacks they cannot be returned or exchanged.
